It stands for digital imaging quality, optical excellence and precision engineering.

On May 10, 2004, Concord Camera Corp. entered into a license agreement with Jenoptik AG, providing for the exclusive, worldwide use of the JENOPTIK brand trademark on non-professional consumer imaging products and accessories.  Concord sells its JENOPTIK branded photographic and imaging products through its distributor GrandTech GmbH to many leading European and Asian wholesalers and retailers.
