To request an accessory, you must have a proof of purchase that is less than 45 days old. If you do not have a proof of purchase or your purchase is more than 45 days old, then a shipping and handling fee of $12.00 US or $15.00 Canadian will be applied. We are able to process requests for the following accessories. Only one accessory per customer may be requested.

Unfortunately we are unable to process requests for memory cards or bluetooth adaptors. Please contact your camera retailer for these items.

Please send us your accessory request, along with a proof of purchase that less than 45 days old. The following information must be included in order for us to process your request:

- Your mailing address

If you do not have a valid proof of purchase
Please mail your accessory request along with a check for $12.00 US or $15.00 Canadian made out to Concord Keystone Sales Corp. The following information must be included in order for us to process your request.
