Camera Return Information
 
 

We are happy to repair or replace cameras that are covered by the warranty and that comply with the following return processing requirements (the warranty is valid only within the geographic location in which the camera was purchased):

Cameras Purchased Within the United States and Canada
Please mail your camera, the Camera Return Form, valid proof of purchase and a check for $12.00 US or $15.00 Canadian to cover shipping and handling to the address listed on the Camera Return Form. Please insure your package, as Concord is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping.

Warranty claims cannot be processed without the original proof of purchase, a return address within the United States or Canada and a check for $12.00 US or $15.00 Canadian made out to Concord KeyStone Sales Corp. to cover shipping and handling.  Cameras that are unable to be processed will be returned to the customer in the condition received at the customer’s expense.

United States and Canada Camera Return Form

Cameras Purchased Outside the United States and Canada
The customer should return their camera to their photo dealer or the manufacturer's representative along with the following:

  • Evidence of date of purchase or original purchase (for example a copy of your sales slip).
  • Detailed description of problem and if possible, a sample of the problem.
  • Your name
  • Your mailing address
  • Your e-mail address (if available)
  • Your telephone number
